SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing Time:

- Please allow between 1-2 business days to process and pack your order (this excludes the day you place your order).
- Processing and packing time DOES NOT include weekends or holidays. 
- Processing and packing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping Times:

All Scrubs For College websites that sell medical apparel, including this one, provide a FLAT RATE shipping and handling fee of $9.95 wherein the customer is charged the same shipping rate independent of the number of items or the weight of the package. See details below.

*All 50 United States and Washington D.C.:

- USPS Ground Shipping and Handling: $9.95 (all orders under $99).
- Most orders ship USPS 2-Day Priority, some USPS 3-Day Priority if remote location/address.
- FREE USPS Ground Shipping: All orders $99 and more.
- A USPS Tracking Number will be provided the day after your order is processed with USPS.

*International Shipping:

- At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Acceptance:

- All orders ship “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” as most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package. It will be the customer’s responsibility to notify the carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of  the pending delivery if there is any concern over leaving the package at a residence or place of work. 
- As we utilize third party delivery service (USPS), please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and ensure the safe arrival of your order.
- If you have provided a wrong shipping address, request address forwarding assistance, refuse the shipment, or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be charged any additional shipping fees that we incur.

Exchange & Return Policy:

- CollegiateFashions.com accepts returns up to 30 days from the day the item(s) is shipped. 
- Returned items must have a completed Return/Exchange Form (see link below).

- Returned items will be issued a refund less original shipping cost.
- Exchanged items will be shipped with no additional shipping/restocking charge. However, additional charges after the first exchange for the same order will be charged our regular shipping cost for the new items and a 10% restocking fee for the returned items.
- Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. 
- All other conditions apply from our Return Policy.
